How much does glass cutting cost?
Pricing depends on glass type, thickness, and size. Standard clear glass is the most affordable; toughened, laminated, or coloured glass costs more. Call 0419 222 979 for a free phone quote.
How long does glass cutting take?
Most standard glass cuts are completed same-day, often while you wait. Toughened glass is made to order (3–5 business days). Picture framing typically takes 1–2 days.
What glass types do you stock?
Window glass, picture frame glass (standard and non-reflective), laminated glass, obscure/patterned glass, and coloured glass. Toughened safety glass is made to order.
Can you cut mirrors to any size?
Yes — any rectangular size in standard silver, grey, bronze, black, or antique tinted mirrors. Bevelled edges are available. See our mirror service page .
Do you replace broken picture frame glass?
Yes. Bring your frame in and we cut and fit replacement glass on the spot. Standard and museum-quality UV-protective glass available. See picture framing .
Do you offer delivery?
Pickup from our Surry Hills workshop is the default. We no longer offer standard delivery, but for larger orders, delivery can be arranged on request to many inner Sydney suburbs including the CBD, Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Redfern, Paddington, and Newtown. Can you make toughened glass?
Yes — made to order to your exact specifications. Required for table tops, doors, and safety applications. 3–5 business day turnaround. See glass table tops .
What framing options are available?
Floating, gallery, modern, and traditional timber frames. Box frames for 3D objects. Museum-quality glass and acid-free mounts. See our framing service .

Do I need an appointment?
No appointment needed — walk-ins are welcome during business hours. For larger or complex jobs, calling ahead on 0419 222 979 helps us prepare materials.
Do you do commercial work for businesses?

Yes. We work with offices, restaurants, cafes, retail shops, and hotels across inner Sydney. We handle commercial glass replacement, custom mirrors for fit-outs, and bulk picture framing orders. Discounts are available for larger jobs.

Can you help with apartment renovations?

Many of our customers are apartment owners and renovators in Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Redfern, and surrounding suburbs. We cut mirrors to fit compact bathrooms, supply glass table tops, replace window glass, and frame artwork.

What areas of Sydney do you serve?

We're based at 355 Cleveland Street, Surry Hills and serve customers across inner Sydney. Pickup from our workshop is the default; delivery can be arranged on request for larger orders to many suburbs including the CBD, Darlinghurst, Redfern, Paddington, Newtown, Glebe, and the Eastern Suburbs.

Is parking available near your shop?

Yes. Metered street parking is available on surrounding side streets, particularly Young Street. We're also a 10-minute walk from Central Station, and bus routes 301, 302, and 303 stop outside our door.

Do you provide written quotes?

Yes. Call 0419 222 979 with your measurements and requirements and we’ll give you a price on the spot. For larger or more complex jobs, we can provide a written quote after inspecting the work. All quotes are obligation-free.
